Winners and L-Dogs at the Golden Globes:

In terms of awards shows, the Golden Globes are a pretty big effing deal.  The press coverage after a show of this magnitude used to be the bane of my existence when I was a publicist.  But now as a blogger, blogging from my anonymous ivory tower, I cannot wait to see how the looks are dissected in the pages of weeklies and glossies for months to come.  While I typically like to showcase the scope of fashion stylings at these events by featuring the best, the worst and the just-okay, I am still trying to get over a bad stomach bug so am opting to just be super positive and highlight the best of the best.  Then I think I’ll just write a little bit about why I didn’t like some dresses even though the people who wore them clearly thought they were a good call at the time (repeat offender Anna Lynne McCord, Tina Fey and Christina Hendricks, I’m talking to you).

Damn girl.

Hey Amy Poehler? No.
